Returns & Refunds

All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

European Union customers

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order products.

Since all of our products are made specifically for each order, returns for reasons other than defects or errors are not accepted.
