All prices are displayed in EUR.

Nazága OÜ is not currently registered for VAT.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees according to the laws of their country.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Shipping

Production time is 2–5 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • European Union: 4–10 business days

  • United States: 3–6 business days

  • Other countries: 5–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or customs processing.

5. Returns and Refunds

All products are made to order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at madebynazaga@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Under EU consumer protection law, customers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order. Since all products are produced specifically for each order, returns for reasons other than defects or errors are not accepted.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

All content on this website, including designs, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of Nazága OÜ and may not be used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nazága OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
